First the picture is very bright even after I played with the settings a little bit. It looks pretty good during the day time, but at night when we have minimal light in our family it can be hard on the eyes. Second, the TV will not stay connected to our home wifi. Every other device works just fine and stays connected but not this TV. I have to log into our wifi almost every time I turn on the TV. Finally and the main reason for the mediocre review is the Best Buy customer service. Apparently you only have 15 days to return the TV which to me seems like a pretty short period of time. When I contacted customer service the told me I needed to contact my local store directly to see if they can do anything or make and exception for me. The funny thing is, you cannot contact the store directly over the phone. They expect you to go into the store and talk with them. Not happy with Best Buy or LG, and will make likely go with another company and manufacturer for my next TV purchase!
