    Was really impressed with the picture and specs in the store but when we got it home it was ok but not mind blowing. It’d be great if oled and mini led didn’t exist but…they do. The ai programming is annoying too and seriously the sound quality is TERRIBLE. I’m generally ok with tv speakers usually prefer them actually but these really drop the ball.

    This tv is hot garbage. Picture quslity is not good. Its a slow tv to navigate around in. Don't waste your tine and money. Get the hisense or tcl

    I ordered this TV on 8/24/2025, and I still have not received the TV, and it is September 6th. They have said it was out for delivery 2 Fridays in a row, only to not be delivered, and it has been canceled. I am debating canceling it together. This is the worst delivery experience I have ever experienced.

    Purchased mine on February 8th 2025, as of today it has been down over a week, called LG support and they keep getting me the run around that they cant find a technician to send out. LG customer service is horrible, so you really want to take the chance and buy this TV, i would think not, if you do good luck!

    Overall the tv is ok, however we are having a problem with the tv just turning off which is a problem since we only purchased in February, called lg repair and they sending a technician to replace the mother board and sensory sensors which I’m not very pleased with.

    Worst Best Buy I've ever stopped in. Manager Mark is terrible. No one really knows what's going on there. Have to wait 4 or 5 to get the item and when they open the box TV has a big crack in it. Not allowed to inspect the item before delivery. Terrible idea. Company needs to fire the moron who suggested this in the first place

    Picture wasn’t clear no matter what I did. 4K movies were the only way I could watch it. Retuned it for a Samsung.

    This television was returned because it was defective; after a week of purchase, it would flicker and switch off at random. I would never buy an LG TV ever again, even though the staff was kind enough to give me a refund.

    Picture is ok but the sound is horrible. Can't say that we weren't warned. The store had it hooked up so we could only test the sound thru a sound bar. When we asked how to turn the tv sound on, the salesman said, "Even though its a better tv, they went cheap on the sound," and suggested we get a soundbar. I am now shopping for sound bar.

    Alot of cool features but in leas than 2 months started spontaneoulsy turning off every 1-5 minutes and rebooting. Tech support is by text and cryptic. After an hour of texting back and forth, determined that a tech had to show up to change the power supply and motherboard. 3 weeks later nobody has fixed it yet. Piece of garbage and bad texh support. I’ve never had this happenned with a TV before and will never buy anothe LG TV.

    Issues with Delivery

    I would have loved the opportunity to write a review about the television itself, but our experience with the delivery and mounting service has been a disaster. The delivery team first missed the scheduled window without notice. After rescheduling for later that evening, they unilaterally pushed it to the next day—without consulting the dispatcher. And yet, here I am, still without a TV.
