    Freezes nonstop, defective after return period

    TV has been freezing so badly that it is now unusable. This started about 45 days into owning it and nothing has fixed it. I am in the process of trying to reach Best Buy for a replacement, but I would avoid this TV entirely. To get through one 30 minute show, I have to turn it on and off 4 to 5 times.

    Can’t download Netflix app on TV

    Good resolution but can’t see Netflix app on TV. I have called Best Buy & LG copmpany & nobody could help me.

    The sound it’s really bad of the tv and side view Also the quality of the image for regular tv it’s not what we expected for a QNED tv any ways for the price I got it it’s ok!

    We went with an LG because they have been really great in the past. We were disappointed in this one because it got blurry a lot of the time anybody moved. You couldn't watch football because you couldn't see the ball. We returned the tv.

    Great TV. Easy to open/add/install apps. Remote is excellent. Still working out all the various buttons, etc. I have had alternate remotes in the past (how easy they disappear) but I cannot program an alternate. I can’t use a code search since there are no buttons to manually turn off/on. None of the known LG codes operate all functions, just a few. I purchased an LG soundbar and wall mount at the same time. The installers made it look easy. The sound is great with the bar. When I once accidentally turned the bar off, there was a definite difference. The TV speakers are much less powerful and quality is lacking.

    Overall, so far it seems a good purchase. 1 night however the screen turned, well, weird. Like it went into some kind of xray looking pic for some reason. I changed the channel then went back to what i was watching and it resolved itself. Buuuut i do find that a lil concerning in a brand new TV.
