    Not a fan of this TV never could get the color settings right and also would only connect to my soundbar every 3 or 4 times. Do not recommend this TV

    It was great but after one month it had two lines though the tv. Best Buy replaced it no problem but I was disappointed.

    This is our 2nd LG QNED, the 1st one got a row of dead pixels within the first month. Replaced under warranty with Best Buy.

    have always loved lg brands and figured id try this one. i was not 100% happy with the picture on this tv as i enjoy a high quality picture and this just didnt hit the mark so i returned it for the oled model

    The sound is tinney, like something coming out of a toy speaker. My 10yo LG this replaced sounded much better. Had to buy a soundbar.

    Freezes nonstop, defective after return period

    TV has been freezing so badly that it is now unusable. This started about 45 days into owning it and nothing has fixed it. I am in the process of trying to reach Best Buy for a replacement, but I would avoid this TV entirely. To get through one 30 minute show, I have to turn it on and off 4 to 5 times.

    Good resolution but can’t see Netflix app on TV. I have called Best Buy & LG copmpany & nobody could help me.

    The sound it’s really bad of the tv and side view Also the quality of the image for regular tv it’s not what we expected for a QNED tv any ways for the price I got it it’s ok!

    We went with an LG because they have been really great in the past. We were disappointed in this one because it got blurry a lot of the time anybody moved. You couldn't watch football because you couldn't see the ball. We returned the tv.
