Beautiful pictures very elegant but could be brighter

I'm super impressed with the visuals of this TV and the audio is great, it really is amazing and I do not regret my purchase at all. I'm so happy that I listened to the reviews because I did a lot of research prior to purchasing.

From purchase to delivery, all went well. PURCHASED same tv with another popular shipping company weeks ago and arrived damaged. Returned it, went to Best Buy and had a great experience.

The TV came damaged (spots on the screen), so had to return it. So I wouldn't trust the build quality on these. I went back to buying a sony bravia. The picture quality for the rest working portion of the tv seemed fine.

Nice television. The screen is very bright have to back it off quite a bit. It’s in my living room and it’s still bright windows on both sides. It has TV speakers not very good but like the rest of the TV speakers that I’ve ever heard . Overall, a very nice TV. I hope it holds up and lasts.

Nice unit - vibrant picture. Setup is a little challenging and does take some time to get settings to where you want it. Disappointed that one of our racing Apps that we were able to download on our Samsung TV is not available on LG

I purchased this tv to replace a 10 year old 65” Sony Bravia. Best Buy delivery was on time, well organized and professional. My original plan was to get a LG OLED G5 or C5 but was concerned with “burn in” and the price point was a little high. I decided on this mini LED 75” LG, price was on sale for a great price and many said these were great for bright rooms. After setting it up I found that the remote was horrible, it wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth and the IR would only catch every 3rd button press. The screen was very bright but the picture quality was really bad no matter what settings I used. I’m not sure if I got a lemon but there also was no screen film protection (open box?). Reviews claim that the OS is the best but it was not my cup of tea. Needless to say I returned it and went with a Sony OLED.

Overall not good. After having this tv for 2 weeks it is not loading normal apps such as Netflix, paramount, youtube, and Hulu. They had service department come out to try some of there things to get it going. I came home that night to find none of the apps would load at all. My 10 yr old samsung tv fires right up and loads all apps easily. AFter speaking with service they exclaimed it was out of the 15 day timeframe but would try and push through since i originally requested within that timeframe. They are coming out next week to replace TV. However i must install on wall, re load all apps and sign in and calibrate everything. Hoping #2 works better!
