Audio/Video Sync Issue

The only thing that disappoints and is a hassle is when the audio and video get out of sync which seems to happen only on a particular channel. It has an auto-sync function that is supposed to fix the issue but it doesn't always work. I have to call into LG support to try to fix the issue.

Remote Very Unfriendly

We’ve had the TV six months and it is still a problem. Have researched and there is no way to disable the cursor - will not buy LG TV again with this feature.

Faulty hardware at premium price

It’s not a smart TV anymore had to get a apple tv to get it to do something. Very disappointed , never buying LG again for sure.

On The Fence

Once I got it home and hung up on the wall, all I can see is light bleeding through dark scenes in the corners of the screen. As one other reviewer mentioned, I fired up a video game that has a white logo in the bottom right corner while loading the game and about 10 to 15" of the right side of the screen is lit up vertically from top to bottom instead of a uniform black across the entire screen. I have gone through all the settings trying to resolve this as well as a reset and nothing resolves this. This is VERY distracting. Colors and 4k looks really good but, the edge lighting just messes up the viewing enjoyment I really had hoped for, for such a costly TV. I'm reviewing other make/models to determine if I should return and replace this.

Love the TV but..

Picture and easy user interface but after a week picture failed. It is being returned and a new replacement being delivered and installed tommorow. I will update the review once the new one is installed a couple of weeks.
