Some times the picture looks fine and other times it is blurry. For $1500 I was expecting more wow. I should have went with the Samsung QLED. My 65" Vizio had a better picture than this LG does. Wish I had it to do over again.

Do not like the remote control features. Closed caption in on and cannot get it off even though it is in the off position . The sound with the new Polk sound bar is not synced . The lips on tv are moving not in sync with the sound. As it stands today, I would like you to take this tv back and give me Samsung to replace. The Lg was not in stock on the purchase date and only got installed by the geek squad 2 weeks ago. Had to have them come back last week because the sound disappeared thru the sound bar and could only hear through the internal tv speaker.

I don't know if that's the right description of the problem I have with my TV, but even a tiny image or word, anywhere on the 75" TV screen, will light up approximately a fourth of the screen. That said, none if my other TVs do this, so I'm guessing this TV is just not very good, which is irritating because it was more expensive than its' competitors of equal size and comparison. This might be a good TV if you don't watch it at night or any dark content on it, like video games, but cartoons may be ok I guess. I don't recommend you buy this TV at any price point, and I hope I can return mine.

    Horrible TV

This TV is not worth the money. It has a terrible picture, color is off, and it stops to update in the middle of shows. On top of that, the remote has a point and click option like a computer which can't seem to be turned off. In addition, it has a screen saver that has a text box that you can't get rid of either. All together, I'm very unhappy with this purchase. FYI- make sure you buy the extended warranty so if you do have an issue and want to return it past the 15 DAY ONLY RETURN POLICY. Because they totally don't care if you are happy with the purchase or not.

    Worse LG TV Ever!

Not a happy customer! I bought this tv to replace a 70” LG 4K tv that had malfunctioned. I fully intended to buy a Samsung TV and not another LG product but was convinced by the salesman that this tv would meet all my expectations. Boy was he wrong! This tv has the poorest picture of any tv I’ve owned. I have researched the settings on LG’s website but nothing helps. The picture is not crystal clear and if the program I’m watching has any dark scenes, then I have no idea what I’m watching. Never again.

Worst TV I have ever owned. Haven’t even had it a year. It turns on and has a picture with sound, but that’s about it. Don’t watch any horror movies or dark movies in general. This tv has no LED control at all. You can see them bleeding everywhere. It actually makes it hard to see on darker movies. I wish I could exchange it still. I hate this TV more and more every day and I’m stuck with it. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Television was defective. The night it arrived these black shaded areas appeared and just got worse gradually over the next few days. I would not recommend this TV but I’ve always had great success with LG so this is a first I have to say. Best Buy staff was great tho and they are changing it out. Had to order a new one and wait 2 weeks but my new Sony is on the way

    Great TV

We've had this TV for about 2 weeks now. I bought it when it was listed for $1,999.99 and the following day it went on sale for an additional $100.00 off. Best Buy automatically adjusted the price by refunding me the difference, it was great that I didn't even have to request it! Per my wife, the install went smoothly (I was at work) and took them about an hour to mount and setup. They took care of setting up all of our devices (Fire Stick, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Blu-Ray) as well as adjusting the TV settings to our liking. The picture is absolutely stunning, I have zero complaints. I didn't have the budget for an OLED so I was hoping this would suffice. My expectations have been blown away by this TV. It's as close to being as OLED without actually being an OLED. The blacks are true, the colors are sharp crisp, and the overall picture quality is mesmerizing. The upscaler is quite impressive as well. We use Amazon Alexa in our house so the added ability to use Alexa or Google Assistant is very nice as well. So far, I don't have a single thing to complain about. We don't have cable, we just stream everything so it's helpful that this TV came with a ton of built-in apps as well as LG pre-loaded channels. Most of these channels are unheard of, however, there are a few like Fox Sports, NFL, and the typical news stations that are a great bonus! Overall, we are extremely pleased with this TV and are happy with our purchase. It's a great price for a TV that is sure to exceed all expectations.

Absolutely horrible. We loved LG products but after a year and half and GOOD money paid, the tv screen went black and LG just says “ o well” yes I get I didn’t get the expended warranty but a year old tv SHOULD NOT DO This. We work hard to pay for things we want and LG will definitely lose my service over this!

We bought the LG 75” Tv as an ‘open box’ item. We discovered why it had been returned. We’ve bought opened box items before which turned out to be a bargain. Best Buy was more than gracious helping us find a perfect Samsung TV replacement. Thank you Best Buy.

Purchased an opened box TV. Tried it only to return it for a Samsung. Horrible picture, Horrible lighting making it hard to watch. I was open to give LG a chance but if this is their higher end set, I would not even consider a lower end LG.

    High Quality Picture

I absolutely love the high picture quality on my NanoCell TV. It was easy to install with two people holding it up. We hung it on our already existing wall mount however it does come with a mount for a table top. It's so thin that it looks almost flush to the wall! The smart remote is easy to use and has several buttons that are built-in that say Netflix or Prime video so they're so quick and easy to find the shows you're looking for. Alexa is built in so you can tell her to change the channel or turn the TV off which is great for kids. The color and picture make you feel like you're in the screen. The Dolby speakers sound great. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion
