They answered all questions, the installation went off without a hitch. They are professional, and explained everything, along with giving us advice on the system operation. Thank hyou to this crew.

The stand is awesome, too. Heavy - everything here is heavy. I trust heavy with A/V setup.

I would give this tv back if I could.

Its a great system. the Geek techs were great and explained everything. Also purchased the protection plan so we have 24 hr support. Well worth it!!

Regular Cable doesn't look as good as on my 11 year old plasma. Also, doesn't handle black scenes well -- lots of halos around objects in dark scenes.

But there was a constant white shadow that followed around on dark scenes only. Became unwatchable and was told this is common with this model because of the type of backlighting it has. Had to return unfortunatly. Everything else wasnt bad. But that was too much
