    I got this TV back in March 2020 for my basement the lighting down there is dark so the TV shows perfectly Crystal Clear love it

    We've had this TV for seven months. For the past couple of months, we can't watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube or any other app without the apps closing with the message "This app will restart to free up more memory." I'm paying monthly to watch shows on these apps and my TV won't let me watch anything. I've researched online to fix this bug and I've done everything and it still happens. I discovered that the comments online with this glitch go back to 2017. If it hasn't been fixed yet then I don't want this TV anymore. We want to return this TV. We are hoping to exchange for another without this problem and enjoy our TV. Especially during this quarantine time. I have also tried to call support for LG but there is no number on the TV to call and I got the number from Netflix. When I call their hours are limited and I could never get a hold of someone to help me. I did go onto the LG support page and did everything they suggested to fix this but it does not work.
