The salesman was uneducated on the product, maybe even more so than I was. It is not a true 4K display for the series X and PS5 consoles. Sadly, I was duped. The smart apps are buggy. They crash frequently and you can’t close them and restart them. I’ve factory reset the TV several times only to continue having the same issues.
