Spend a few dollars more and get something better. Disappointed because every other LG TV we’ve had were great.

While a bit more affordable than others tvs brand, the overall experience is polished and reliable.

I am sure it's user error but moving from a Sony to an LG I can't seem to get it to default to the correct input, consistently. The mount I had existing is too low and I need to have someone come out and redo the entire mount. That is a cost that I didn't expect. The TV itself has a great picture and works just fine.

There wasnt anyone available in the TV section to help us. They were all helping other customers. Didn't seem like there was enough staff on the floor because there weren't many customers.

The interface is not user-friendly and feels complicated to navigate. It also does not offer many channels, which limits the viewing experience. The picture quality is not great, and the brightness was much lower than expected, even after adjusting the settings. Overall, it did not meet my expectations and I would not recommend it if you’re looking for an easy-to-use TV with good picture quality and brightness.
