Ridiculous 15 day return policy

Since BB pitiful 15 day return policy had passed I had to call LG and go through a lot of inconvenience to set up a repair time. Over the years I have spent tens of thousands at BB, but NO MORE! I should have been able to take this piece of garbage back too the store and get a refund not even having it a month!

We are NCAA men’s basketball junkies and it is like you’re on the third row of the arena. What is best about this TV is that originally when we set up the TV it was obvious it had a screen defect. Best Buy immediately ordered a new one and we got it three days later. We are a member of geek squad, I felt that Best Buy‘s reaction to the broken TV was impeccable.
