Had this TV for several weeks before exchanging it for a Samsung QLED. Honestly, it a decent TV but if you do value deep/dark blacks then you’ll probably want to avoid it. Blacks are especially bad when watching HDR content or playing HDR games. In order to take advantage of HDR, backlight levels need to be set to near maximum. When that happens, blacks start turning shades of dark gray. May not be an issue for some but for me it was the dealbreaker. SDR stuff looked pretty good on Directv and AppleTV. The set I had also had some pretty bad clouding on the entire top section of the screen. It was even worse when HDR stuff was showing (due to needing backlight turned up). However, after taking a soft towel and gently massaging the screen it mostly went a way. Couldn’t believe that actually worked! Honestly, it’s a decent set but I just couldn’t enjoy HDR content on it. As the old proverb says, you get what you pay for.

I was afraid it was going to be cheap just for the fact that it has 3 hdmi. I got to say I am impressed with the build quality and picture. The sound is pretty good and loud. The menu has endless features and free channel plus streaming channels gives you an extra 150 channels to watch for free.

We chose this TV because of an incredible price: $799 for a 75" TV. We were going to upgrade our Samsung 8-series 65" and the LG simply didn't live up to our (unrealistic) expectations. We decided to return it and get an 82" 8-series Samsung instead. You get what you pay for with this LG -- if your expectations are low, then this is a perfect TV for you; otherwise, a higher-end TV will work much much better.

This has been the best big screen TV I have ever purchased. It is lightweight slim and doesn't take up too much space. The bright colors and clear picture is awesome. Very satisfied and received a lot of compliments.

I purchased this TV to replace my 55” TV and I don’t regret it. I love all of the functions that it has as it is very easy to use, kids love it. My only constructive feedback is this would have been perfect it it had one more hdmi port and a smart remote. Picture quality is good, audio is good and the smart feature run smoothly.

Not much that I can add that others haven't already covered. I will say that I use this as my main gaming TV and I think it looks great. The response time seems spot on and I have not noticed any ghosting or blurriness while playing call of duty. For $1000 I think this is a great deal.

Takes a while to dial the picture in. Out of the box looks terrible. DO NOT USE the power save settings. They not only make the picture look bad but they shift the color and sharpness and brightness all over the place during a show. Stay away from that and you'll get it looking good. Again, it's hard to beat this quality and size for 1000 bux.
