Wifi connection failed after less than a month.

The TV was installed and configured a few weeks ago -and I used the Wifi to connect to an AT&T provided wireless router. The router is fine -and all other devices in the home have no issues. There were no configuration changes. Now the LG TV will not connect to Wifi. I would characterize it as unreliable and am now considering returning it to the store.

Do not buy

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this tv in August and initially loved the size and quality but in 6 months time, there are multiple lines through the picture. It is very disappointing to spend money on such a purchase and it already need replacing. We had hoped to enjoy this for years to come in our basement home theatre. Unfortunately, we now need to replace and most likely pay to have this tv discarded. Do not make the same mistake.

Love it but yikes

Screen gave up in just over a year and a half

Just a week ago, our TV would not show any pictures. The sound is okay but the screen would not turn on at all...They have a limited 1 year warranty and now I'm super screwed. Did not expect it from LG in less than 2 years old TV but, apparently the internet is full of customers facing similar problems.. No wonder they are on sale for 25% cheaper than what the price was...Learnt a lesson, and I'm not buying any LG products again..period.

Ok TV for the price

Stopped working 18 months later
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked briefly, for about 18 months, but then stopped getting a signal to wi-fi. 2 other TVs, and all other wi-fi devices were/are connected, just THIS device/TV could not connect. Only way to fix is to direct connect via a wire/ethernet. It is not wi-fi service issue. It is a hardware/TV issue. Terrible purchase. Wished it had broken earlier so I could return it as I'm now past any warranty time. DON'T BUY THIS TV. You will regret it. Went into the store to discuss options. Best Buy no help in resolving or making it right. Stay clear!

installers did not know how to set up the remote

Defective screen - 3 times in a row

There were noticeable gaps and the screen would push in with the slightest pressure. Best buy confirmed this was not acceptable condition and I should return the TV. They were helpful throughout the return / exchange, but 3 TVs in a row with the same problem is very disappointing, not to mention extremely inconvenient. Finally returned for a 6 series TCL and am waiting on that to be delivered.

Broke

Tv broke after 3 months

I liked the smart part of the tv, but we received it April 2cd and July 1st, barely 3 months later the picture completely goes out. We did not get the extended warranty since it had the manufacturer warranty so Best Buy said that we would have to pay for someone to come out, and since it has been more than 30 days we cannot return it. We called LG and they said they can send a technician out to look at it but they don’t know how long it will take to get some one out and then after it might be 1-2 weeks after they come to even get it fixed. So as of this moment we are stuck with $1000 paper weight

Great size for the price but not so great picture
