Great tv for price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hard to beat these LG TVs at this price especially when you can catch them on sale. They won’t blow you out of the water, but they’ll give you a solid enough picture with solid enough features if you aren’t much more than a casual viewer.

Amazing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We upgraded from a 12 year old 54"plasma tv. This tv weighed less and is so thin. The colors are crisp and the sound is good. Got it on an amazing black friday deal

Big TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a big tv with a really good picture once it's adjusted.. When we first hooked up the TV, I was disappointed until I read many reviews. All the reviews recommended turning off the features in settings that amplified everything. Once we did this, the picture was great.

Great Black Friday Deal
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this TV on sale during Black Friday. It's a great TV even without it being on sale. The TV is entry level, but still good. The picture is amazing even at different angles. It does have the "soap opera effect," but you can remedy it by turning off Tru Motion. The sound is pretty good with the internal speakers. I was considering getting a soundbar, but the sound fills my condo quite well. You won't be disappointed with this TV. PS, the TV in the box is heavy, so get help.

Great basic 4K TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV for the price. I got mine for $999 during Black Friday. Dark levels are ok but not great. Good TV but I’d recommend an OLED or QLED if you can swing it.

Awesome screen size and fits our needs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We wanted a big screen TV, but didn't require the best picture. This is what we needed. I don't really care for the OLED and QLED. I'm fine with the size vs quality. Just a FYI, it only included 3 HDMI ports, so don't plan on plugging in many boxes into this. Also the stands are very wide which required is to get a new unit to set it on.

Awesome 75” TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an awesome TV, especially for the price. At 75” is doesn’t lose any picture quality, and the smart TV function is better than previous TVs I’ve owned.

What kind of company does LG want to be?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What kind of company does LG want to be? Case CNN191008379122; Defective LG TV, screen fails after six months by showing cracks; LG blames customer and offers to charge more than the original purchase price to repair. On Mar 03 2019, my wife and I made the following purchase: LG - 75" Class - LED - UK6570 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR SKU:6243104 Quantity:1 Item Total: $1,196.24 Product Price: $1,099.99 Sales Tax, Fees & Surcharges: $96.25 We also opted for professional installation and delivery. Premium TV Mounting (TV Connect and Setup Included) SKU:3008018 Quantity:1 Item Total: $49.99 Product Price: $49.99 Sales Tax, Fees & Surcharges: $0.00 Home Delivery SKU:8518641 Quantity:1 Item Total: $0.00 Product Price: $0.00 Sales Tax, Fees & Surcharges: $0.00 We have enjoyed our LG TV since installation by Best Buy on 3/18/19. On Saturday, 10/5/19, we turned the TV on and noticed the screen was pixelated and failing on the lower left section of the screen. We used the LG remote to take a picture test; when it failed a message appeared and told us to contact LG customer support. We turned off and unplugged the TV until we could make the call. On 10/8/19, we contacted LG ‘Customer Support’. The representative assigned a case number and asked if I would email pictures of the TV during the picture test. I sent three pictures. The rep then told us that LG would not honor the twelve month manufacturer's warranty. The TV was damaged, not defective. He kept stating ‘something must have bumped it’. I explained we have not damaged the TV, and the pristine condition of the exterior would bear this out. There are many possible causes for glass to fail including: • Minor damage during installation later developing into larger breaks normally radiating from point of defect. • Binding of the glass in the frame, causing stresses to develop as the glass expands and contracts due to thermal changes. • Internal defects within the glass such as nickel sulfide inclusions. • Thermal stresses in the glass. From https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spontaneous_glass_breakage. This denial of warranty repair due to ‘cracked glass’, where the customer service representative can indirectly blame the customer for the product failure, is unscrupulous, fraudulent, and absurd. Be advised: Toyota uses the same tactics - extended care packages for Prius Models are sold 'to avoid costly Navigation or Hybrid System repairs'. When the center console touchscreen fails - they claim customer abuse and want 5K replace the entire Navigation System. Despite my protests, I was transferred to the ‘Out of Warranty Department’, where I was told I would have to pay as much as $2000 to repair the TV. We purchased an appliance we expected to have and enjoy for years. What we got was defective merchandise that barely made it half way through the warranty period, broken in six months. The manufacturer's warranty was a selling point. $1099 for a 75" TV? Of course it was. We were told, “LG has you covered for a year in case anything goes wrong.” We feel LG has a responsibility to honor the intent and spirit of warranty coverage. So the questions are: Does LG value the customer and honor the warranty? Or does LG create animosity and dissatisfaction by failing to stand behind the products it sells?
