The employee who waited on me was very helpful and considerate. Delivery was set up and was delivered on time. I really can’t say much on the tv yet, because, I haven’t had help getting it set up. But, I’m sure that I will like it. I will shop there again.

The mounting holes on the back aren't centered vertically, is important to note if you're planning on mounting it to the wall. Works with alexa which is great for me. I have been having connection problems with a bose soundbar and my network, haven't figured out if it is the tv or something I've done. This is the second LG tv I've owned and I'm happy with my purchase.
