We recently purchased this TV on sale and decided to also purchase the swivel TV mount for this TV. The sales associate was very helpful and the product is good.

Excellent choice and this is fourth tv I have purchased from Best Buy no complaints on my part. I’m sure there will be additional purchases in the near future.

Its a 75" TV and a very cheap price. $650.00 WOW! Picture quality is OK. Any real fast movements and the picture looks weird. My biggest complaint is were the tv support stand is placed. Its at the end of the tv, 65" apart, so you either have to buy a new TV stand or alter your existing one, as most normal stands are about 48" wide. I have a solid oak stand, no particle board whatsoever. My tv stand can hold 100's upon 100's upon 100's of pounds, and its useless because of where the tv supports are placed. I've had to jury rig and made to look stupid my beautiful $1000.00 stand because the tv supports can't be placed in the middle.

Loving this product so far. Was used to Sharp and Samsung and was concerned about the menu bar and the operating system but has been pretty simple.

Really great price on Black Friday can’t complain. The picture quality is okay. I’m not into electronics and if you are a tech person you may want to spend a little more for a better picture. It does the job for me!

I had a 55 inch before this 75 inch and this is an amazing deal. Great clarity for the size and price. Super easy to set up and impressive to watch on

Sales at store and install were all fine. Store called day ahead on install and we’re on time. Installers knew there stuff and we’re very professional

Tv screen quality is good. Sometimes it’s slow loading on streaming apps but overall, I’m very happy with the purchase

The delivery guys were very helpful with my tv and they even bring it into my apartment without a problem and put it where I wanted it

Tv is overall a great value. Amazing 4k resolution and it comes with a lot of great streaming features. Only issue i had is the weak wifi connectivity. Would recomend having a wired connection.

Great TV for the money, especially if you're just watching movies and TV. The built in LG interface is actually quite nice too.

Great TV. Was able to download and use all the top streaming services on the TV including Netflix, Disney+, YouTube Premium.

Got it on the week of BlackFriday ordering online and picked up 2 hrs later great at helping me load aswell

Works great and the team at Best Buy went over the top to help. Needed to match another LG75" and the all made it happen.

Does not have access to many common apps available on other smart TVs or devices (no HBOmax, BeachBody, Fitness +, etc.). Lost internet connection after 12 hrs of use and could not pick up a signal again, not even after factory reset. Spent 2hrs on the phone with LG customer service to troubleshoot and they were HORRIBLE and completely useless. After two days it finally reconnected on its own. Picture and sound quality is good.

I had the geek team install the TV and my stereo together. TV has sound issues, sometimes when I turn it on, no sound. I have found by rebooting (unplug) the unit works at times. I have notified best buy because it was less the a month old at the time. I got very little help from them. My best bet in just to return the TV and start over.. However, the picture was great! If I could read lips, this TV would be awesome!!

Great Tv for the money. I am very happy with the purchase. Best Buy is a great place to purchase electronics from.
