A few weeks ago, I had to unplug and replace the TV at the 0utlet to get it to turn on. Every single time. I finally found a setting change that stopped me from having to do that, but im not sure why it started to begin with. Only issue, and that's why I didn't give it 4 or 5 stars.

Samsung panel has a bit of a light bleed, but overall looks better

Then I bought a soundbar (megacra) and used the same audio jacks from the LG TV 75" UN6970. Still no sound comes out. Then I had to buy an optical line jack and this time the sound came out of the soundbar. So all in all I lost use of my good amplifier speakers, bought a soundbar and an optical line to use this TV. 2)There is a noticeable lag time between video and audio either with the internal speaker or the sound bar. The lips keep moving white the conversation is already finished.

Picture not great.

For other viewing it had a dark quality, even after extensive attempts with picture settings. We have other large screen televisions so we had comparisons. If this were someone’s first large screen HD TV they may not have noticed. However, side by side, compared to others in the same price category, it didn’t stand up well. I give it 2 stars instead of 1 because I liked the WebOs system.

It was fuzzy and dark. We were unable to use either of our blue ray players as it was flashing the screen. There’s no audio jack (we wanted that for our wireless speakers) . It was very heavy and two new mounts couldn’t handle the weight. It turned off on its own a lot too. So four days later it went back

If I purchase an item and the functions don’t work it really disappointing, Netflix doesn’t pull up or YouTube , matter fact nothing starts . I have to turn off and on my tv for it to finally recognize that I’m pressing the button. Currently trying to get a new tv or my money back. I’ve owned other LG but this was my first 40+ in tv.
