Tv was great for about 3 months now has color issues with black spots the picture always has a shadow over lay kinda disappointed

I got this TV on sale for $649.99 during the Black Friday period...a bargain for a 75" screen with as beautiful picture quality as this. Now understand this: This is not the very best picture quality out there on the market. Pretty much any OLED TV is going to look better with sharper contrast and fancier display technology. If you are looking for the best of the best, you won't find that here. But this is perhaps one of the best value buys anyone can purchase. LG's WebOS interface is very responsive and easy to use. Setup was very quick and in no time, I was able to start downloading my favorite apps to the TV. This TV also supports HDR, which enhances color and contrast. The sound quality is about what one would expect from any TV nowadays. Nothing spectacular, but I will be buying a nice soundbar system to compliment this TV. I would recommend you do the same, if you have the budget for it, as a TV at this size deserves a nice sound system for a nice theater-like experience. Honestly, my biggest gripe with this TV was its remote. All of the buttons are about equally sized and spaced out, so for the times when you are in the dark, is difficult to know what you are pressing. LG does have a better remote called the Magic Remote that is sold separately, but it sadly is not compatible with this TV. So if you hate the remote as much as I do, you might have to take your chances with finding a universal one that's compatible. All in all, at $849 this is a fantastic buy, and if you are lucky enough to find it on sale for ~$650, don't even hesitate!

Don’t buy it apps stopped working, can even play apps , I have to unplug it to kind of reset every time to get apps to work again, too much hassle

BEST BUY SUBSTITUTED THIS TV FOR THE ONE I ORDERED. IT WAS AN INCH LARGER. IT WOULD NOT FIT. 36 DAYS AND NO TV. ONLY A MOUNT.

Picture quality is awful. If I had destroyed box opening it I’d return it. This will be the last LG I ever buy.

The tv is working well for me as intended and i will recommend this for my friends

The picture quality is too dark as compared to Samsung. Good sound system though.

The screen was already cracked when the electrician opened the box to hang it.

Picture is excellent. All metal frame which i like. Lots of customization settings. Easy set up. Great TV for the price! Zero regrets. Was going to go with the Samsung but glad I took a chance on this LG.

Purchased 3 1/2 years ago, Loved the look, design and quality. Have not had any problems. The sound quality is great, however the volume control could have better, you have to put the volume up above 50 to get a suitable sound level.

Was nervous with it not having any reviews but glad I got this one. Picture looks great and the WebOS is easy to use. $649 is a steal!

Awesome TV with great picture. Geek Squad mounted it on our wall and now I never want to leave home. Best Buy is simply the best!!

This LG tv has been a great upgrade for my family and myself. It was easy to instill and the picture is great.

3 yrs later and its still working great runs a little slow wt times but not sure if that is memory or internet related

This item was a great purchase. I’ve had it for about 3 years now and I have experienced no issues with it.

I'm honestly sad and frustrated this TV stopped working within less than 20 mins of use. Right after the setting up the tv, connecting to wifi and updating the tv + all the other setup nonsense. I was able to watch tv as normal and literally as I'm watching a show on tv the video goes OUT! You were able to hear the audio and the backlight of the screen remained lit but there was no picture. I disconnected everything connected to the TV hoping it was just a glitch and then reset the TV and even alternated between electrical wall outlets and nothing! After a while, it would simply take 2-4 mins to turn on and I'd know it was on because you could hear audio again but see no picture. I ran a couple of google searches and going through LG's support troubleshooting guide; something about a specific motherboard inside the unit was apparently fried! Overall I'm disappointed in LG's build quality. I've had their TV's in the past and they worked well but obviously their build quality is now poor and has diminished. It was a lot of work to get this TV mounted on the wall considering how heavy it is (about 5 hrs of work to mount it) to then turn it on and see it not work. I have to unmount this (undo all the mounting work) and go through the full return process which will involve me driving there.

picture quality isn't the best, dark colors are really bad in day light rime. sound is kinda weak, for the price it's alright.
