A taskrabbit came and helped me mount it on the wall in my living room. I do not have cable -- I exclusively watch content via streaming services. Unfortunately, when I booted up the tv, I encountered several problems: - the tv wasn't discoverable on bluetooth, so I had to proceed with a manual setup; - the webOS processor built in to the television was defective. I got the spinning wheel of death for HBO Max and Netflix, and Amazon Prime booted up, but the picture was grainy. Obviously this was a disaster considering i'd just spent all of this time and money mounting it on the wall. Fortunately for me, the TV screen itself is beautiful, and is working just fine! It's just the built-in OS that sucks. So I went to BestBuy and bought a $29.99 Roku Express 4K+ to plug into the tv, and that fixed everything. Obviously, I spent $30 more than I wanted to, but it was easier than going through the whole return and delivery process (75" is massive, and I doin't have a truck). All's well that ends well, so 5 stars for the screen quality, 0 stars for the built-in OS, which equals 3 stars.

The delivery was great and for the price the picture is nice. I’m not picky so my standards aren’t that high. The sound is not great so I did purchase a sound bar . Love it so far and no problems!

Picture looks great, sound quality is fine. For sound, I was hoping there'd be an 1/8" or RCA but maybe I'm old. Only accepts wireless connected sound devices or optical. Few hdmi ports, but for most households this shouldn't be a problem.
