    Bought this 75" to replace our plasma 65" TV. Works great and has a quality picture. Best Buy tech did a great job of setting up.

    Tv has many options and capabilities works great and picture is excellent. The internal speakers are surprisingly good very loud with bass also.

    I didn’t feel this visit warranted 5 stars only because when we first entered the store there were 4 reps that paid no attention to us looking obviously like we wanted help. My husband finally went to them and asked. The young man that actually made the sale was very polite but was not completely informed or trained. I would have appreciated it if the fellow that he was reaching out to would have come over to assist. Not to take away from the first young man but I was purchasing security system and wanted answers to warrant my over $500 purchase

    I love the TV! The picture is crisp as I expected however the TV advertised as a 75 inch but before I mounted the TV it measured 66 inches, Where’s my other 9 inches LG? I want what I paid for!

    I’ve never had a smart tv operate so slowly. Picture is good but it lags so much everytime you press a button. Ridiculous.
