TV was delivered by Best Buy and they did a great job of customer service. It is amazing TV for the price. I never like sound from a flatscreen TV so it’s hard to rate that at a five.

If you dont need more than one port then this TV is a good purchase. If you need more ports then i would recommend a Samsung

Broke in less than 24hrs

However, TV developed a thin line across the entire width and thin line from top to bottom in less than 24 hrs so obviously this unit is defective! Also, picture quality was not a sharp and "life like" as the 55 in LG in another room that was purchased several years ago so that was disappointing as well. The biggest disappointment is how that Best Buy is making me wait till the 15th of Nov to get this unit replaced even though they will have the replacement on hand on the 5th of Nov. Mind you, I purchased the insurance and the top level membership just to protect against a situation like this. I feel like this is very bad customer service. Best Buy should give me delivery and setup priority in order to make my situation right since they have been paid in full for their defective product. I'm in the market for an 85 in TV for my living room and now Im seriously considering buying it from Target on principle alone. Target also offers delivery and set up here in Valdosta Ga. I will update this review whenever I get the replacement. I do hafta say, that the Geek Squad did a fantastic job on the install. They did the sound bar as well as the in-wall cable concealment. Very clean install!

Great TV

I would suggest adding a sound bar to the tv. We added aPolk sound bar and woofer and it sounds great now.

The picture quality isn't quite up there with the more expensive models, but I guess you get what you pay for. I was disappointed that it came with a "basic" remote and not a remote that allows you to access all the features.
