Screen flashes when you turn it in then goes all black. Customer support told me they would have to send someone out. I’m just going to return it and buy another brand.

I can't setup my sound bar Poor user interface compared to Samsung product LG channels take too long to open compared to Samsung TV sound system is lousy.

Picture quality is great; good contrast with vibrant color. Still waiting to wall mount it and install our sound bar from our existing tv. The only part I haven’t figured out is how to configure the Roku so I don’t need both tv remote and Roku to control the tv.
