Title: Horrible Experience: Brand New TV Delivere

I recently purchased a brand new TV, expecting a seamless experience as promised by their advertising. However, what I received was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, the TV arrived without essential accessories such as the remote, manual, and table stands. Can you believe it? A TV without a remote is like a car without wheels! It's utterly useless. How can Best Buy even have the audacity to deliver a product missing such crucial components? Upon further inspection, it became evident that I was handed an open box instead of a genuinely new product. The absence of essential items is a clear indicator of this. This is not what I paid for. I expected a pristine, untouched product, not some half-baked, incomplete mess. The sheer incompetence and negligence displayed by Best Buy in handling my order are beyond comprehension. It's utterly disgraceful. As a customer, I deserve better. I demand accountability and a prompt resolution to this issue. I am deeply disappointed and infuriated by this entire ordeal. Best Buy has not only lost a loyal customer but has also tarnished its reputation with this disgraceful display of incompetence. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Best Buy to think twice and explore other options. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Trust me; it's not worth it.

75in disaster

They told me to bring it back and I informed them that I am disabled and had no way of getting back out there. So now I have a broken tv in my dining room

Great picture didnt last

Constantly powering cycling
