A week later the screen went black and it did not turn on again, no water damage or hit to the TV. Best buy was able to exchange the television and exactly one month after use same problem. All the televisions in my house are LG, This model has been the only one that has given me problems.

THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXCELLENT, FAIR OR GOOD. BOUGHT AN OPEN BOX IN EXCELLENT CONDITION JUST TO FIND OUT ITS BROKE. THE CALL CENTER WILL LIE AND SAY YOU CAN EXCHANGE AT ANY STORE. GEEK SQUAD WILL CHARGE YOU THE DIFFERENCE TO GET A NEW TV. AND THE STORE WONT LET YOU GET A REFUND IF YOU PICKED THE TV UP YOURSELF. BEST BUY IS A JOKE AND THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE.
