its just big. quality isnt worth

Horrible don't buy

It disconnected from the surround sound and when hooked back up it now echos, so the surround sound cannot be used. We thought we just needed to get used to it, but this TV is impossible to use.

Good TV, Bad support

The color was rich and bright but truly blurred like a old Plasma TV. Nothing "crisp" about this TV, especially for a 2024. People were blurred really bad, and some stations showed hardly no color. Yes, I knew how to adjust sharpness, tint, contrast, etc, but not happening on this TV!

Poor Customer Service

It transitions from blank to buffering, and the sound level changes from low to high on its own. The soundbar connects and disconnects from the TV speaker. I have to use two remotes to connect. Visiting Customer Service offers no solution. I was asked to pay $50.00 as an extra warranty. I requested that Geed Squad stop by the house at my expense, and was told they could not come because I hadn't purchased a warranty. Everything I tried as a solution was met with a 'No'. I have been a good customer for years, and I am closing my account with BB, effective today. Excellent consumers do not have buying power at this place.

Worst tv

It closes out of apps while you’re watching something. It doesn’t have spectrum tv app. I pay for cable and can’t watch it?? My Samsung tv broke and I bought this on accident thinking it was the same thing and I am so disappointed. This is the worst tv.

TV Delivery and set up

The same TV is no longer available so I had to go with another brand. However, the techs that came to set up were awesome. Hope they are the ones that come to set up the Samsung.

Worst Experience Ever

I bought 2 TVs during separate occasions and both time I unboxed the TVs they were cracked. This last time Bestbuy refused to replace the TV and honor their exchange policy. I was told to contact the manufacturer and see what they can do, because they can’t prove how it was damaged. Be very cautious when purchasing items, as so you don’t get shafted as I did.

Stopped working after two weeks

The TV makes a buzzing sound and flashes on the screen every 5 seconds or so. I'm reaching out to the manufacturer, so we will see what happens with that. So far, it's the shortest functioning thing I've ever bought.
