It works great! The sound could definitely be better. We usually have to set it to level 40/100 to be loud enough.

Then is was resolved with special customer service and know I’m satisfied with outcome

After about a month since we bought it, our screen started to get lines on it. We called and the insurance replaced our screen and so far we have no other problem.
