    Price was good, but sadly to say it went out on me within 6 to 7 months no picture only sound, their online chat was pretty good. They gave me a repair ticket number and hopefully I can get this sent out without being charged. That would be awesome because I love LG TVs.

    Colour- doesn’t look natural or soothing to eyes at all made every possible colour change. Response - Response time and load time of content load is slow.

    Loving the tv. Only complaint I specifically asked for a 75 inch ROKU tv. I got it home set it up discovered it was not a ROKU tv. It’s fine. And being a single woman it would have been too hard to return.

    Gets the job done. The interface could be a little faster / easier to use. The remote is challenging when dark because it’s hard to see which buttons you are pressing

    Very slow processing time

    This tv comes at a very good purchase price so it is accessible for anyone to buy, but unfortunately the processing time it has when you push a button and wait for an app/tv to turn on is very slow!!

    Worst LG item I’ve ever purchased! The operating system is SUPER slow! There is a 3-5 second delay when you press a button and it’s getting slower by the day. We were deciding between 2 TVs and let the salesman talk us into this one. Lesson learned.. Don’t trust the Best Buy employee cuz he obviously knows just as much as I do about TVs.. Which is nothing!

    Picture not bad for price but processor lags a lot. Slow switching channels or apps. Remote weird and sound is horrible. Speed little extra for better tv.

    I ordered my tv August 21st to be delivered and installed and they have cancelled and rescheduled 5 times I’ve missed work for them to STILL not bring it and I PAID for it !! This is the worst experience ever!!! I just want my tv!

    Customer service is a joke

    Bought this TV and 2 weeks later the picture goes black. Best Buy won’t do anything because it’s under LGs warranty. Called Lg to get a tech out. Said one would be here Monday. Mondays here and no tech. Called Lg and they gave me the number to the tech. She said they just ordered parts today for it. How are you going to schedule me and you order the parts the same day of my service date? LG customer service has been the worst I’ve delt with in a long time. And they don’t care at all. Buy a Samsung or anything but LG. Worthless.
