It's a good TV. The picture is excellent and the overall design is great but the home screen where you select your apps is very slow. Sound is sometimes loud and then soft.

We love the clarity, sound, size, etc. it is a great TV, and the price was amazing. I am now in love with LG TVs. It is also easy to set up, add apps, and all around a great TV. We have had problems in the past because the sound was not loud enough. It is loud enough for my husband to hear, which is wonderful since he has had some hearing problems. I also love that the legs were easy to install.

Amazing picture clarity. Easily connected to my LG stereo via blootooth. Feels like I'm in a movie theater. Great value overall

Great TV with great picture & sound. Problem is remote control - it also controls the other LG TV in the room! And the buttons are too close on remote!!!

The picture quality of this LG tv is wonderful. It was an easy mount and setup. We love the LG products.

There is nothing negative to say about this TV! Love the color and clarity! Set up was easy! Love all the Apps and is very easy to navigate!

Original Tv remote control is difficult to use. Remote buttons are clumsy with unwanted predefined channel buttons and difficult to use arrow keys. Every time we need to forcefully see and click the arrow or OK keys otherwise it will take minutes to resume our program in case if we clicked LG channels accidentally, that is annoying. LG gave priority to their channels regardless of customer pain point.

Great tv, easy to use, great sound and picture. Tv is perfect size for family room.

The Lg tv I purchased from Best Buy was and excellent choice. This my second one I purchased from Best Buy and received good quality from both so far. My friends and family loved the way the pictures looks on the tv when ever they visited

Lg tvs are the best highly recommend. Great picture and sound remote is nice and the web os as well

It has some issue with Amazon prime channels. It shows some error messages when selecting channels and also very slow to choose the channels
