    Wanted to like this tv, but never got the chance. After install, 1st startup revealed an entire screen filled with evenly spaced, horizontal black lines from top to bottom. Never had a chance to tweak settings, promptly removed the wall mount, and returned. Switching to another tv.

    Great picture and features but the main board had to be replaced less than a year after the warranty expired. This was not the original TV, as that one had a software issue upon delivery. Second LG I’ve had to replace main board within 3 years of purchase.

    After owning the TV for only 14 months the TV went black and stopped working. I will never buy an LG product again

    Worked fine for about four months, then wouldn’t turn on. Tech determined that screen had cracked in lower corners from turning TV left and right on full motion wall mount. Screen is so thin that it can easily be damaged with very little force. LG refused to repair or replace. Owner had not used excessive force at any time. This is a design flaw. Do not buy. Will never buy another LG product.
