The team that came out to setup and mount on the wall were very professional and had great knowledge and advice. I'm sure I will use their service again in the future.

Size is perfect but make sure your room is big enough for a large TV. Sound is okay. For a TV this nice it’s worth getting a soundbar for it.

LG mouse makes TV impossible to use

But... the remote in completely dysfunctional. The sensitivity of the default mouse function is such that it is extremely difficult to make selections. I am returning this TV.

Did not use total tech or Geek Squad for mounting. Local installers are same day, much less expensive and licensed as well.

If youre wondering if its worth it, it definitely is. However the sound is terrible. You will need a soundbar to enjoy the tv without it, the tv is hard to hear

He was great and very helpful. The only reason i didn't do 5 stars was because of the credit card process. That was just painful and the pain continued. Was hard to make a payment because of the internet site. But the guy that helped us should get a gold star.
