    Overall picture is good, except I got a defective TV. Every once in a while, while watching screen turn pink with static lines and really loud white noise sound. Have to turn it off and turn it on again.

    LG OLED B3 RANDOMLY TURNS OFF!

    We have Lg B3 77 with a Yamaha Aventage RX-AVA, Apple TV 3rd Generation, Sony 4k Blu-ray player, and 4k Directv Box. When the TV is on after 10 to 15 mins the TV screen will go blank and the sound will stop. Sometimes the TV image will come back on and sound and sometimes it doesn’t. This happens often while watching it. The only fix is shutting it off and turning it back on. We are running all 8k fiber optic HDMI’s. One 50ft plus HDMI cord to the receiver to the TV and the sources feed right into to receiver. We Exchanged for Oled C3 solved all the issues. Unless you are plugging the sources directlty into TV intself and by-passing a receiver do not by this TV!

    Not the flagship model, so I didn’t expect much. Peak brightness is not great and the base feels cheap. TV sways forwards and backwards easily.

    It is a good tv, but not all Oled's are equal if we could return it we would for a c model. We had an E model before and the picture was much better.

    I regret this purchase. Don't buy an LG smart TV. The LG software is awful. Absolutely the worst. And the HDMIarc connection for sound is horrible. About 20% of the time when I turn on my TV, the TV can’t connect to the soundbar. And I’ve tried two different soundbar brands.

    Blurry aura around moving objects - examples: Olympic runners, football players - with any motion the area surrounding arms, legs, football helmets is blurry. Spent >8 hours troubleshooting with internet provider and LG, finally got approval to replace.

    LG OLED TV failed in less than 2 months

    Purchased this TV in December, less than 2 months later the TV will not turn on. Contacted LG and they prepared a repair order for the TV. Repair company did not contact me and will not respond to telephone calls, text messages or email. Contacted LG again and they have not been able to find a company to repair the TV. TV has been broken for more than 2 weeks and no repair plan in place. LG refrigerator recently failed also. Experience with LG customer service has been very poor with both the TV and refrigerator. LG is on my list of brands to never purchase again.

    I relied on the Geek squad to purchase three TV's for my new house. I purchased the 75" OLED LG TV with the matching sound bar the one that attaches to the tv, and tw0 55" hysense tvs. When I got the tv the sound bar did not fit I made three trips an hour away from the store. The tv was ordered and suppose to be delivered. The tv never came in. after 3 weeks I went to the store to see what was going on and the tv was there all the while. The Geek squad told me they would accept my old tv if I brought it in . I then found out I had to pay 30.00. I was given a discount and was told I would get a in store gift card for 250.00 but I never got it that was four months ago

    If you're ever wondering, do I go 4/8k LED or OLED, let me assure you, OLED is the ONLY way to go on today's tv's. The blacks, the depth, the richness of the colors...they're in a league of their own. And this particular 77" LG is a bargain leader in the field. Under $2,000 and still the picture simply takes your breath away. A few things to consider that we learned from experience: 1) the box is not only bigger than you think, the disposal of the box is a whole 'nother animal. We have property, so we burned ours, but holy cow, batman! It tooks almost 2 hours to burn it all. Even if you have city recycling, it's a big bunch of cardboard, paper and styrofoam to get rid of. Just remember, you heard it hear first: allocate some time to dispose of the carton. Second, you WILL need one to two extra people to help you put the big honking tv on the mount (if you're using the table mount, as we did). The tv is so big, no single person could ever being to guide it into the mount and the mount, by the way, uses teeny little screws, so consider that. You will have to be guiding in these little, bitty screws while two of your best friends are guiding the tv down onto the mount. Funny how the manuals never tell you of that special pain! And allow about 3 hours to set the settings (screen, timeouts, screensavers, all your accounts: netflix, Apple TV, amazon, etc., cause there isn't any easy way around, the tv takes 30 minutes to set up: the accounts take 3 hours! That all said, OMG it's SO worth it! The picture is breathtaking and the interface is so easy to use. Worth all the pain and then some!

    TV is amazing. I opened up a credit card and was overcharged 2k dollars, Was told there was nothing that can be done, and am currently in a dispute. Buyer beware.

    Tv has very good colors and of course derp blacks. How can you go wrong with a 77” Oled for $1799.99. Very light for a TV this size! Would recommend to anyone.

    This model is an upgrade from a previous LG. A better picture because of the OLED technology and other updates. The Geek Squad did a great job on the installation and the take away. I.’m happy, so far so good.

    I went with the OLED B3 because it had the best picture. I did not care about the speakers. I went with a soundbar for better sound (Samsung 9.1 wireless). The B3 default settings need to be changed before watching any 4K videos. Go to rtings.com for the best picture settings. That site also has OLED ratings if you want additional information. It takes roughly 30 minutes going through the suggested picture settings. In short buy it.
