    The entire delivery experience was horrible. Zero communication, delivery dates not followed, 2nd attempt once again were able to complete delivery day 2, then it was still deliver an hour outside of the latest 12 hour timeframe. Highly upsetting with how bad the communication and follow thru was with a company as this

    I’ve been given 3 different delivery dates and still hasn’t made it to my house.ive been billed for delivery and mounting $180 but never even received a call or text that you weren’t coming . I’ve changed my plans to be here it would have been nice to be contacted . Woke up this morning congratulating me that I’ve automatically been billed an additional $190 to be a Best Buy Member for 2026. How do the non members get treated
