    I was expecting more from an oled tv going to go back and get the C series

    Within the first hour a line about an inch from the bottom appeared all along the screen. Then about 15 mins later the tv just went black and quit working. Its been over 10 business days since the return and still waiting for refund. Customer service over the phone is a nightmare with Best Buy.

    TV broke and needs repair in the first month we purchased it. You took zero responsibility when we called you. We have been loyal customers of BestBuy for many years but that's now over. Horrible experience with this very expensive recent purchase.

    We bought this tv on Oct13th for $1599.99 at BestBuy store. When we checked online on Oct31st the price was $1,499. When we called customer service they put us on hold for 35 minutes stating they are working on it and then came back stating they cannot do a price match or provide a credit for the difference….while the website states that they do the price match during holiday period…so, frustrating in wasting the time and keeping on hold. TV is fine. Picture quality could be better

    TV went out in 10 minutes and would not turn back on. Best Buy was great with return, but I upgraded to the C5 instead no issues beautiful picture.

    77-inch LG OLED TV

    We've had the 77-inch LG B-series OLED TV for a couple of weeks, and couldn't be more satisfied with the quality. I did a lot of research, read many customer and tech magazine reviews on TVs before deciding to go with this one. I'm still exploring all the TV's features, but it offers a lot that more expensive units also have. Despite some reviewers' concerns about the unit's sound quality, I've found it to be very good--with clear sound and surprisingly good bass (I run the sound through my stereo speakers via a Bluetooth transmitter, which further enhances the sound.) So overall, I'd recommend this TV. Haven't experienced any shortcomings yet. And Best Buy's Geek Squad installation in my home was top-notch, expedient, and the techs were very knowledgeable and helpful.

    I am not recommending the LG TV model specifically, as it does not support 4K film playback (2160p). Models B5, C5, and others are affected by this issue.

    Great size, quality picture, and a ton of apps and features for a good level QLED. The only thing to become familiar with is the lagging and sometimes app refresh within the infotainment. This is more of the WiFi set up and how your system is connected. I have had some issues with Airplay and app response. This is not necessarily a TV issue, it’s note of the bridge or connectivity with the network connection. This can interfere with the TV though.

    TV performance is exactly as expected, with crystal clear and sharp images and the OLED technology truly visible with amazing contrast between lit and dark LEDs. Concerns about reflection are minimal and not as dramatic as advertised; the recommendation to not locate the TV next to or near a windows is a very good recommendation.

    I love this tv. Clear picture. Colors are vibrant. Previous tv was 65 so when it died, I wanted a bigger screen. Glad I upgraded to 77. Spent the first week of my retirement watching tv almost non stop.

    I’ll start by saying I just got the tv, but the picture quality is beautiful. It is a little heavier than it looks and the screen is thin, so be sure to have another person to help set up.

    What a great upgrade fm my 10 yo Sony Bravio (great tv btw). I did a lot of research between the LG and Samsung OLED, went with the LG. Great picture l user friendly and price was stellar.
