    Geek Squad support not what it use to be

    It took a total of three visits by the Geek Squad to figure out why my new t-v wasn't communicating with my receiver. The whole process was frustrating and took more than a week to correct or understand why.

    I bought this LG TV on 1/21/26. Since it was delivered to the wrong address, I can't rate the tv. However I can rate the customer service for Best Buy as absolutely terrible. I cannot get any help with my refund All I can get is frustration at the ineptitude of Best Buy. Today's date is 3/8/26
