Amazing viewing experience!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We absolutely love this OLED TV! This was an upgrade from an older LED television and wow, what an experience! You will not regret purchasing this television. The colors are so crisp and everything looks like it’s real, like real in front of you, it’s amazing.

Beautiful Disaster
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a gorgeous TV with a gorgeous picture. The reason for 2 stars is it doesn't work right, at least for me, and LG's support is laughably poor. I'm actually on my second set and have had a multitude of similar problems with both. This TV doesn't always recognize devices on the HDMI port. Not like it doesn't know what they are, but more like it doesn't know they're there. I had everything plugged into a Marantz receiver so I only had one HDMI going to the TV. Sometimes it sees the receiver, sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't the remote stops working and I can't reprogram it. One of the things running of the receiver is a PC. When on the PC the screens goes black every few seconds for no reason and comes back on after about 2 seconds. The sound also cuts out every few seconds, but not in sync with the screen blacking out, and videos are unbelievably choppy. Running straight to the TV the PC almost works. But every time I switch over I have to fiddle with it to get the PC to come up because the TV freaks out every time you change an input on the TV or an output from the receiver. And sometimes I have to run the PC sound through the ARC channel, sometimes it forces me to use TV sound and sometimes I get no PC audio at all. When I switch back to watching TV I have to fiddle with the HDMI settings to get the picture to come up again, But it doesn't matter because the remote doesn't work. I understand that there may be something in my setup the TV doesn't like, but my old LG C6 worked flawlessly right up until it bit the dust. I tried new cables and switching HDMI ports and all that. I gave LG support 2 chances to try to help. They didn't even pretend to be interested. The first time they told me to try the picture test. When I confirmed I could see the image I was told if I see something on the screen it isn't their problem. I said "It still doesn't work so there's obviously still a problem. What do you want me to do? Just take it back?" They said "Yea, just return it if you don't like it." The second time I called they listened patiently to my explanation and then gave me the number of a repair shop and told me to call them. I was a little shocked, but I called. The gentleman at John's Radio & TV in Portage, IN, almost 2 hours away, was very nice as he explained that I wasn't supposed to be calling him, all repair orders are supposed to be setup by LG, not the customer. And even if LG sent them a repair order they wouldn't come because we are out of their coverage area. He did his best to try to troubleshoot and offer advice over the phone, but no dice. He was great, not his fault it didn't work. And Best Buy has been amazing through all of this. Their Geek Squad support did their best to try to troubleshoot and offer solutions, but ultimately all failed. They arranged to pickup the first TV, deliver the new one, set it up...everything. They've bent over backwards to make this work. Alas, they're picking this one up next weekend and delivering a 77" Sony XR A80J. I loved LG until about 3 weeks ago. I think I'm done now.

Fantastic TV!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic TV. Picture is excellent!! Great apps and features. Wii-style motion remote is very nice. AppleTV app was a double bonus. Paired the 77” C1 TV with Samsung Q950A 11.1.4 sound bar/wireless rear speakers. Like having a movie theater in my living room!

Best OLED
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love this TV. The picture is amazing. And even the sound was good from just the TV before we installed our surround sound. We’ve been looking at this TV for months and we had to finally buy it when the price dropped for the holiday sale.

Definitely Top 2 Pick (#1 actually lol)
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the best TVs to purchase now. Works amazing on Xbox Series X/PS5. Did my research on the best OLED 4K tv and this TV model was easily in the top 2 (#1 the majority of the time). Love how quick it is in response and always updates to be had.

Amazing Picture!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv to replace my 65” OLED I purchased in 2014. I wanted to go larger and maintain the same quality I had before. The picture is amazing and the additional 12” screen size is great in my living room. Movies and my PS5 looks amazing.

LG OLED C1 77”
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG OLED C1 77” is everything I hoped it would be. Stunning picture, awesome quality. Highly recommend this tv to anyone looking for an upscale tv. We’re an older couple and have some hearing issues so we paired it with a ZVOX sound bar. Couldn’t be happier.

A Great Television Set
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an amazing tv! I am super excited to own the 77” C1. I am currently using it mainly to stream YouTube and other streaming services. I’m hoping to lay my hands on the very elusive Xbox series X to start gaming. I have no complaints thus far.

Very Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As an LG Fangirl, I've owned LG OLEDs for 5 years. 55 B6, 55 C7, 55 B7. I finally got my first 65 inch TV last year the CX which I love. My only regret has been that I didn't go all in and get the 77 inch. So when the C1 went on sale I jumped at the chance. C1 was big disappointment. Pros - Better color depth than the CX - Great motion (I never had an issue with the CX Motion) - Gaming Features (I'm not a super gamer, but it's basically the same as my CX - Size, size, size matters! Those extra 12 inches over the 65 had a big impact. Cons - Deal breaker was there was a weird fuzziness around people's faces on 50 percent of the content I watched and couldn't get rid of. Didn't matter what source I fed it, 4K UHD, Streaming, etc. - As a long time LG OLED User, I NEVER noticed posterization nor black crush before - BC is on my CX, but not as bad as here. There are times when I'm marveling at how much better the shadow details are on this TV in some content, but then others it's terrible. Streamed Content through Apps and even on my ATV and Nvidia Shield just looks bad, there's a LOT of black spots. Picture quality is radically inconsistent. - Upscaling on my CX is a LOT better than the C1 - Settings are a mess, things randomly moved around and names changed for no real reason. I found myself fighting with the menu and settings more than enjoying my TV. - Horrible UI, just can't stand it, it's a cluttered mess. - Not worth an upgrade over my CX. Well for size and cost alone it would have been if not for all of it's issues. Even though I had a horrible experience with this TV, I'd like to think maybe I just had a bad panel. I generally love LG OLED but this was a bad experience and while I didn't like this particular panel I wouldn't tell others not to give it a try.

Buy an OLED
|Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely beautiful tv! There is absolutely no blooming thanks to the absence of a backlight, and on top of that it is some of the sharpest color I’ve ever seen out of a tv!
