The audio on this model doesn't self regulate. I went to return it, but it was a few days after the return period ended and Best Buy wouldn't let me. Now I'm stuck with an overpriced, annoying TV. The picture is great. Sure. The blacks are nice. It's bright and crisp an all that. I can't dispute the image. But what's not good is spending $3,000 on a TV and when the music is playing, it's LOUD and when there's dialogue it's so soft, you can barely hear it. There's a function on the TV that's supposed to help with this, but it doesn't work well. I'm constantly holding the remote to turn it up or down and the remote isn't even well designed. It's hard to find the volume up and volume down buttons. They're not intuitively bigger nor do they light up, so it's a hunt to turn the volume up or down, which, if you're watching a movie, you're doing the whole time, not enjoying the movie and getting irked at the product. I'm so mad I'm stuck with this $3,000 TV that can't deal with the volume levels as it should. Stay away if you value your time while watching a show...

It's a good TV, the picture is great - sharp, bright, and the colors are incredible. But WebOS is a pain. I had troubles with casting form some of the Android apps, and they are not available from the LG store. Very annoying promotion of LG channels, lack of control over certain things. I ended up returning it to the store after a week of struggling with WebOS, and bought an equivalent size OLED from Sony, which I am completely happy with.

I've had this TV for a few months now. The picture is so much better than my old 65" LG LCD that I had previously. The black levels are amazing. Watching a movie like 1917 is just crazy. It honestly looks like how I remember seeing it in the theaters. The HDR and Dolby Vision content makes for a great movie watching experience as well. The only downside I really have with the TV is that somehow LG decided to put a 100Mb ethernet port on this pretty pricey television. I would have expected a 1Gb ethernet port. That seems a little cheap in my opinion.

Picture quality is the best. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is that the sound quality is subpar. This can be rectified with a quality soundbar.

Picture is obviously amazing. Screen is very reflective and the blacks are very black so things do appear darker. The UI and apps are bad. Very laggy, slow to open, and youtube & disney crash frequently. Sometimes i just turn off the tv and walk away. The remote layout is annoying and the point and click feature is losing its “coolness”. Makes me miss my 5 year old samsung that was quick and snappy and never crashed.
