It's amazing, but it need does need more brightness.

So excited to purchase this tv. Talked with one of the team members and he went through all of our options with us. This was a dream list tv and he made it a reality!

Fabulous TV.....the image is great....and better than expected. So yes, I highly recommend although you do need to put it in the correct room.....one which is not well lit.

It's so awesome that even my wife who was ticked off when I initially purchased it ... is now into it and let me out of the dog house. Totally worth it. No regrets!

Absolutely breathtaking screen resolution. Immersive television, feels like you’re at sporting events. Only down side is it took some time to get used to the remote.

Purchased C1 but learned of HDCP issue due to manufacturing changes. Scared me out of purchase and switched to A80J. Didnt regret decision. Note - LG did issue a fix on 11/17.

Installers Thomas and Jay were such professionals. Friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. All of their suggestions were made to enhance my experience.

I love the screen, i have issues with the remote cobtrol layout, and always hit the alexa button. Ordered a dummmed down version of the remote and works great.

We absolutely love the tv and soundbar we purchases from best buy. The geek squad also made it very easy. They set it all up. All I had to do was turn it on!

Outstanding. Requires 2 to mount but best video quality I’ve ever seen. Have in a room with a lot of light and am not bothered. Def best in the dark w/ no reflections

Love the TV but don't understand how to totally work the remote control. Like changing wifi units or updating apps. Can't find easy information on how to use remote.

I read the reviews on the top 2021 77”OLED 4K TV’s and bought the LG. I have not been disappointed. I’m pleased with the picture quality.

All I can say is you get what you pay for. The quality in this LG-77" OLED 4K UHD Smart TV is outstanding and well worth the investment.

After a couple weeks I can say we’re liking this LG very much. The display is so much better than LED and the quick response of the processor is great.

TV and soundbar have performed as expected and the Geek Squad team that did the removal and install were on time, efficient and very helpful!

The system Devon choose based on my input was exactly what we were hoping for. He made the equipment purchase seamless and stayed focused on ensuring we had a positive experience and went to great efforts to assist with not only with the purchase but the installation .
