    Best Buy was fine, Citi bank was terrible, ended up paying cash and skipping getting the 10% off.

    Not sure why so many people love this TV. The picture looks Soo good on bright scenes, but really looks like crap in dark scenes. I've gone through every video and website about settings for this TV and nothing fixes the dark issue. Some shows have scenes so dark, and then gest darker to the point where you can't even see what's going on. Had I known about this issue before I bought this TV I would have purchased a QLED tv. Not happy with this TV that I spent soo much money on.
