Remote is terrible

Poor design all the way around. It's like i bought a $3,000 tv and it came with a $5 remote. It's called a magic remote but there's no magic here. Worse than the physical app is the experiencing of downloading the remote app. It's not a remote as much as click bait for other services.

I will never buy LG again. I’ve always owned Sony. I should have just stick to Sony. LG picture is great but for gaming this tv is terrible.

I’ve owned it for over a month now and have noticed it frequently and automatically turns itself off. It’s annoying. And there always seem to be upgrades to the software and that takes time to download.

Purchased this as the third tv in a couple week span because of constant issues with Best Buy. This was purchased as open box excellent but was missing the tv stand. Highly recommend the tv, but I’d buy it from a company that doesn’t make you jump through hoops and waste your time to get compensated for missing components or cancels your orders and never tells you.
