Latency isn’t great

Sound quality is the worst

I have a 5yr old LG OLED that blows this TV out of the water. I was soooo excited to get a new center piece for my entertainment system, and now I feel extremely let down. Very disappointed!!!

Posted .Most audio problems are caused by incorrect menu settings on the TV or external devices. Performing a Sound Test will either confirm or eliminate the TV as the source of the issue. Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Test, and if you cannot clearly hear the test sound then call us and schedule repair.

Don't buy open box tv's

The tv for the most part was good, other than the fact that whenever I was watching tv, the wired headphones connected sign kept coming on. Mind you, the only thing connected to the tv was a ps5, so I tried resetting it. I reset it every way possible, and it still wouldn't work properly. On tv's I won't ever make the mistake of buying open box. I returned the product.

Comically bad delivery service ruined the deal

Delivery service was so comically bad that we may never find out. An old guy and a young guy carried the TV into the living room, the young guy started positioning to take it downstairs, the old guy said "nope, not going there," and walked out leaving the young guy to apologize to my petite wife, then sheepishly walk out as well. What a shame that the delivery team ruined what could have been a good experience

LG oled 77ince c1

After a year, it turns on but turns off too after 2 seconds. Totally disappointed. Spend $3,200 plus tax for this. Unable to get hold on to LG support and hope with this review I can get their attention and will change my review once I can get help.

77 inch Oleg TV delivery

The person that I talked to from the geek squad on the phone did not list it as that so somebody in a Penske truck showed up and was just going to drop it off and not mount it on the wall. Now I have to wait another 10 or 12 days for them to come back.

Crap Customer Service

Made my purchase on 02 JUL, and today, for the 3rd time, they need to reschedule it. So I can’t tell you anything about my purchase as it’s still in a box in my dining room instead of mounted on the wall in my family room. And I will never be able to tell you what I think of it because I am returning it due to this incompetence.

Malfunction

Set it up, and it worked for a bit and the. it started flickering randomly on the edges of the screen. Tried all the troubleshooting but couldn’t get it to stop.

Dont but from best buy

If you were thinking of buying it i say do it but not from best buy I'd go else where their "Protection" plan doesn't cover Accidental protection so if something happened you basically have no options

Don’t buy.
