Horrible service. 4 man team was scheduled and only 2 showed. I didn’t get my refrigerator and you billed me. You guys have some problems you need to solve.

Great at first but TV won't turn on 13 months in. And I have to pay for a repair.

They were supposed to set up the tv and all they did was drop it off and took the return tv back so I had to take it out of box and still can’t get it to operate correctly!!

Its been two months and i still didn't get the TV and they are asking to review it. Looks like this is how they make profit.....

Well kind of tough to review a product that was bad right out of the box! Plugged in the TV and there were pulsating horizontal lines throughout the entire screen.

Owned this TV for over 2 years now. Gaming and Streaming is flawless and the image is great. The Blacks are true black and the immersion in the scene is great. Just wish it had a native way to share the F1 races from my phone app or at least install the F1TV app on the tv. I had to get a Chromecast just to watch that one app only.

Best Buy lied about install date in order to make a sale.

Best TV I’ve ever owned. 4K streaming is flawless. HD upscaling is incredibly impressive. Gets plenty bright, very good reflection handing, and colors pop when adjusted accordingly. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Also, extremely impressed with Geek Squad’s wall mounting job. They did it incredibly fast, perfectly centered and leveled the TV as well. Definitely worth the few extra bucks on a TV this large. Could you save a few bucks off eBay or Greentoe? Yes. Would the delivery and mounting all done by the same outfit be as quick and hassle free? No! Geek Squad even up sold me on a better mount than the one I was providing, and rightfully so. Mine wouldn’t have give me enough clearance to swap cables easily while mounted. So they just went out to their truck and got the new one, then sent an invoice to my phone. All in all, great experience, and I don’t think I will make any future major TV purchases from anyone else given how smoothly this went. Additionally, I very easily recouped a couple hundred dollars back on my purchase after Best Buy dropped the price a couple weeks after my purchase. A quick online chat was all it took to get my credit card refunded! Can’t recommend enough!

Amazing picture quality. Inky blacks and colors that pop. Really enjoy what this tv has to offer.

Great for gaming, movies and sports. All around a great value and quite a huge jump from the 65 inch gx Oled I have.

Oh my gawd this is THE TV! The colors are amazing, it’s processor is amazing, the options within the tv are amazing. Honestly it’s my first LG and I’m blown away. OLED is highly reflective so def consider that if getting it into a very bright room you’ll see it. Take a look at an LED and an OLED in store when the screen goes black and you’ll see it. Just something to think about but with the lights off and this thing cranking, solo Netflix and chill all night long

My first OLED TV. My old LG LED TV was very disappointing for the lack of dark black levels. Going from a 65" to a 77" is a dramatic difference! This TV had some vertical banding on the screen out of the box. Using the pixel cleaning feature in the TV's settings totally got rid of the vertical banding! I gave the sound quality an average because I never use the TV's speakers! I have a 5.1 surround system hooked up to my AV receiver. The gloss on the screen makes the picture pop!

Dope TV for gaming. Everything looks awesome. Could be brighter.

This is my second LG. Upgraded from a 65. Quality and picture are outstanding. The 77 truly gives you the feel of being in a theater.

I bought one of the original LG OLED displays years ago and finally decided on a 4k upgrade. After all my research I came to the conclusion there may be a few better OLEDs on the market but they’re incredibly expensive and don’t produce really any better than the C1. And this 77” is an incredible view. Its a little difficult to tweak the settings to get your views just right (the black on this can make the picture super dark on some older shows). Otherwise everything sseems to work perfectly and this is a great purchase.

Good TV (time will tell). Great picture. Set up took some time. Hopefully it will provide entertainment for years to come.

Fantastic overall picture with incredible clarity and colors. This set stands above everything else I considered.
