Worst buy ever. Opened out of the box and it never turned on. Best Buy asked me to turn on and off again gave me a phone number to LG customer service. I will avoid buying anything from LG or Best Buy in future

What a stellar TV. The 77" is certainly a large TV but the crispness and color clarity and contrast are unparalleled. I was considering the Sony Bravia counterpart, but opted for the LG version due to cost and it outpacing the Sony on a few metrics. The Remote is my only complaint, it's big and bulky, which is unnecessary in my opinion. The Sony remote is slim and sleek, but the remote is a very minor component, but noteworthy nonetheless. The LG WebOS UI is clean and intuitive with lots of apps (including Crunchyroll, which Visio does not support that I'm aware of). Mounting this TV to my wall mount induced a bit of anxiety since the bulk mass of the TV is concentrated at the lower middle of the TV. Lifting vertical from a flat surface was tricky, definitely a team lift, it's a bit heavy and awkward, but we did it. Best Buy installers are a great option. Plug-N-Play with my Sonos environment was seamless, so I cannot speak ton the built-in speakers. I will say that the sound chip is superior to my 10 year old Visio I switched from, so I'll give the Sound Quality 5 stars. Overall, very happy with this purchase and highly recommend to others in the market for a 77" OLED, especially if you're considering the Sony.

Sound quality is impressive for a flat-screen TV, but paired with a soundbar or surround system, it truly feels like a home theater. On top of performance, the ultra-thin design is sleek and modern—whether wall-mounted or on a stand, it elevates the look of the room. Bottom line: If you want the best in picture quality and cinematic immersion, this OLED TV is worth every penny. It’s a true upgrade that makes you look forward to turning it on every day.

Awesome TV, remote is subpar. Wonderful picture on this unit with incredible black level. The picture is super-crisp and with the HD up scaling, I am unable to distinguish between 4k and 1080p content. TV speakers are substantial for a medium sized space, but a soundbar is recommended for expansive sound. That said, the roller-wheel select button on the remote is a constant annoyance as it is difficult to use the button to 'select' anything without accidentally rolling it, which changes the remote to a 'pointer' with an active cursor on the screen replacing the 'select' functionality. Both features are useful, but shouldn't be integrated as they are on this remote.

The best TV I've ever seen, perfect blacks, excellent brightness, sharp images, 4 HDMI ports for gaming, it's perfect.

This TV is incredible. Coming from the C1, it's a little brighter and there are a few more AI features. The picture quality is incredible. The panel is very thin. It's large. I opted for Best Buy to deliver and install since I didn't want to risk my friends and I mounting it to the wall. They did a great job.

I had anxiety about getting a new TV because I feel all of these fancy new OLED screens look great but come with some drawbacks. I did a lot of comparing of features in store and considered going with a more expensive Sony TV, but the LG had better specs and looked brighter and more colorful overall. I love the sound bar that accompanies it, giving a sensation of surround sound without having to mount speakers all around you.

We really like our new TV. The picture quality is amazing especially while watchin action movies and sports. The sound quality is great and it is very easy to use. We had Best Buy mount the TV and install it as well and that service was also amazing. They set everything up for us and also hooked up our remote and showed us how to use everything. We would definitely recommend this TV.
