We have had this TV now for two months and I'm here to say this by far is the best TV for our media room. We have tried other brands but after doing our homework (watched several reviews online), we decided on the LG. One recommendation is too make sure you have Ultra High HDMI cables connected to Ultra player and gaming system if you have those. Also you may want to update your soundbar. We had a sound bar from about 6 years ago and it wasn't compatible with LG. So we once again reviewed different ones online and decided to go with the S95AR. One thing we were wanting was a system that was compatible, used one remote and was rated as LG's higher end sound bar. Have not had the chance to hook that up just yet as we just ordered it a couple days ago. Will review that once we have it in place. Back to the OLED. We like the remote and the onscreen cursor. A little bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it it's real easy to use. Another recommendation is to get the Total Tech package. We have it now on our Fridge, washer and dryer, and both LG TV and Soundbar. Best Buy service guys were great delivered TV to house, put stand on tv and placed tv on center council. I upgraded from a 65CX to this 77C5 and it is absolutely worth it. The increase in nits, better support for different HDR formats, and picture quality is all amazing. I used the recommended settings for HDR and non-HDR mode from rtings so if you get a chance check out the settings to use some decent user-defined picture quality. If you get a chance to see this in person check it out. I am personally not a fan of the "smart TV" features on any TV and this is no exception. I tested out the Plex client and had issues with some content not decoding properly that plays absolutely fine using direct play on my NVIDIA Shield. There was a new software update a few days ago which increased the brightness and fixed graininess in Dolby Vision, I didn't have a chance to compare before the update but both DV and HDR10 content look great. The sound quality is as expected, not bad, not great, use a soundbar or full surround set up for the best experience.

Awesome TV, really brings out the power of the xbox series x. The customization of display and sound settings is breathtaking. You can make the picture exactly how you like it and combined with the custom sound options is perfect. I absolutely love this TV and will definitely be upgrading my soundbar to a dolby atmos sorround sound system to perfect my LG set up.

Excellent picture. However, as a long-time Sony user, it has been challenging to switch from a Sony TV remote to an LG TV remote. I am not enjoying all the new features of the C5 TV.

Great entry-level OLED. Super thin so it looks great mounted flush against the wall. Spent 15-20 minutes adjusting the picture-type and it looks great now. Elevated my TV show/movie/football watching experience!

I absolutely love my new 77” LG C5 OLED tv! I had purchased the C4 65” last year which I have in my bedroom now but just even the year apart does make a difference because I really didn’t think that the picture could get any better!! And well I’m here to say that it did. Idk why people complained about the remote I think it’s nice and even easier to use. Either way I love how big it is too! Watching football on it is magical! I also waited and ended up getting $1900 off!! So half off! Can’t beat it for a $3700 tv! Thanks best buy.

This oled tv is the best oled out there. The picture quality is the best. You have a lot options on how you want to set up the picture quality.

Great tv with excellent picture quality. It looks great with nice brightness even in bright room. No complaints so far.

Great, surprisingly light, bright, lots of picture control settings. Worth it. If you are debating between this and the 65" G5, take the 77". Speakers could be better but they aren't bad.

Just got this tv, and it is beautiful! Been watching Dolby Vision and HDR content. Really bright and vibrant. Also, the Magic Remote that acts like a WII remote is really one of my favorite features.

The picture on the LG tv is outstanding. The quality and life like picture is terrific. The options available are great. Very thin and lightweight tv. A great value for the money.
