    Picture is great magic remote is an issue. Having trouble with volume between channels and on commercials.

    Great TV: gorgeous colors and 4k resolution. I did not like the fact that there were several legal agreements I had to accept before I could use the TV. These legal agreements included LGs right to sell what I was watching and other violations of privacy. In short great TV ruined by LGs need to profit by what I watch and what I search for on the Internet.

    Great TV. Awful remote. So awful, it ruins the entire experience. The mouse pointer is extremely annoying and I can't make it go away. Please allow this terrible feature to be disabled on this model. It's a TV, not a personal computer! Get a clue LG. Most people hate your remote. Also the home button is in the wrong location.

    TV is great. Best Buy customer service not so much. Bought TV Nov 17. Best Buy to deliver Dec 3. On Dec 3, they brought wrong TV. Reschedule required…earliest date Dec 17. Called Best Buy to see if they could move this up. They hung up on me. Went back to store to setup my own pickup. Was told first that I had to return tv (I never got), refund (5 to 7 days to clear), and buy again ie have a double charge of $2000 plus on my card.
