    My husband and I are thrilled with this 77" LG tv. Our salesman in the Copperfield store {JEFF} AND the manager who helped us [JIMMY] WERE INCREDIBLY patient and relentless in helping us solve the financing issues Citibank was having.

    This tv has very good definition. Good side viewing angles. It also automatically adjusts to the type of show you are watching; animated, video game, movie etc.. Easy to set up. Overall, very pleased but it still has a fair bit of glare from the windows and I'm not a fan of the alexa remote. I'd rather have a regular dumb remote.

    Picture is awesome. Set up is horrible, as is the remote. As I will be going to a universal remote, I will soon get to eliminate that piece of crap. I also did not like that I had to set up an LG acct. what is it with companies today? We’ve got too many accounts, too many IDs, and too many passwords! Stop!
