    It doesnt matter how good the quality of the Tv its if you put an old movies it will come blurry the image not in hight definition

    In the era of online shopping, Best Buy Marketplace Sellers offer competitive pricing. However, my recent experience purchasing a large TV from Best Buy Marketplace Seller revealed significant pitfalls that every shopper should consider. Here is what you should be aware of as we head into the holiday season. One of the primary issues arises from the return policies. Unlike direct Best Buy purchases, items bought through third-party vendors often come with stricter and less flexible return conditions. For example, when I decided that the TV wasn’t suitable, I discovered that I couldn’t return it to a local Best Buy store. Instead, I had to ship it back to the vendor’s location in New Jersey, even though I live in California. This not only created logistical headaches but also led to exorbitant fees, including restocking and freight charges that totaled over $400. Moreover, Best Buy’s own online policy indicates that if a third-party vendor fails to clearly disclose their return terms at the time of purchase, then the return defaults to Best Buy’s standard policy—which is far more reasonable and customer-friendly. Despite this, Best Buy Support was unwilling to step in or offer any meaningful support in resolving the issue. I called several times seeking assistance, but received no help whatsoever in dealing with the third-party vendor Additionally, as a Best Buy Plus member, I usually enjoy extended return periods and other perks. Unfortunately, these benefits didn’t apply to marketplace purchases. This left me wondering about the real value of shopping through the marketplace, especially when the savings are marginal compared to the potential hassle. Even when the vendor offered discounts to keep the TV, it didn’t address the core issue: the TV simply wasn’t a good fit for my needs. The ongoing back-and-forth with the vendor has been time-consuming and, quite frankly, disappointing. In conclusion, while Best Buy Marketplace Sellers can offer cost savings, it’s crucial for consumers to be aware of the potential pitfalls, especially regarding returns and support. Moving forward, I plan to avoid Best Buy Marketplace purchases and will prioritize direct store transactions. I will update you regarding the shipping transaction and how quickly the seller is able to provide a refund. I'm just hoping the seller reconsiders their stance on the exorbitant fee for returning the item.

    I believe I would have loved this new LG TV but it was never delivered. On the day of my delivery that was confirmed the day before via a text, got a text the morning of delivery stating it would be delivered between 12-4. Waited at my house ALL day and no show, when I reached out to customer service after 4PM, I was told it was not scheduled, and I was livid and it wasted my entire day. My profession is working with customers, and I believe communication is a major component to providing my customers satisfied results which in turn results in repeat customers. You failed badly here, and more than likely BB being a very large company you probably don't care. I was really wanting to enjoy this TV but I cancelled the order because of this. I've been a BB customer for many years but now I will hesitate to purchase from you again.
