    This tv has a great picture. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because of the incredibly stupid remote. No reliable mute button is inexcusable. Found a good replacement at Menards of all places for $20.

    The LG TV isn't too bad but after purchasing and a day before delivery the tv had a 500 dollar price drop,the manager at the store said because there was some bundling they couldn't do the price guarantee after some argument I left disappointed and thought I would contact corporate but instead I tried online talking to a rep named Victor and he took care of it right away.

    Smart WebOS is very complicated and gets in the way, hard to add apps to the screen, very unenjoyable, went back to a ROKU stick .... much better and easier to use and work with. The TV Screen lack a lot of brightness in daylight, if you change brightness levels for day, then when dark, it is overbearing. Not really happy with it.
