Terrific experience and excellent OLED TV courtesy of LG and Best Buy! Had researched the LG CX OLED 77 inch on line versus the LG C1 and decided the CX at the price point Best Buy offered it was the "most bang for the buck." The Best Buy delivery was on time and very professional. My son and I mounted the TV and set up ourselves--most information on how to and extra hints can be found on line. The picture and sound (through my AV Onkyo receiver) are absolutely amazing. Definitely recommending the LG TV online and Best Buy (vs other on line sellers) for anyone interested in a quality OLED TV product!

What a beast of a picture! It’s huge and clear, wall mount by geek squad make s it perfect for me to swing it in any direction. Perfect black levels. Great time to buy as the c1’s just are coming out the price drop is great.

I upgraded from an 8 year old 60” plasma tv in my living room that abruptly died (would not power on). I decided to purchase the 77” CX after purchasing an open box 55” C9 months prior for my bedroom. I am super impressed thus far at the picture quality (i.e. colors, black level) of this TV. I plan on continuing to tinker with the settings on this TV or purchase a professional calibration to see if I can optimize the picture more. 4K movies and TV shows via apps such as DisneyPlus look great. Currently, the TV is on a stand. Geek squad will be wall mounting this tv and connecting it to my wall speakers in a few weeks. Highly recommend the 5 year Geek Squad warranty for piece of mind as this is an expensive TV; and to provide insurance for possible burn in or any other issues. Highly recommended!

While the price is very steep even when on sale and additional member savings it is fully worth it as well as the upgrade to the larger size. The picture is amazing, colors very accurate and vibrant, no halo effect and blacks defined and inky!

This television is incredible. It's a stunning display and easily set up. I've wall mounted it and it's absolutely worth the extra effort if you can hang it as opposed to leaving it standing. I transitioned from a Samsung that was a bit older but I still thought provided a nice picture. This blows it out of the water when watching television, never mind PS5 gameplay. Most of the weight of the television is in the stand. The unit is very thin which is nice because of the wall mount I'm using, which is a bit bulkier because it allows for lots of motion. This is in a room with large bay windows and in sunlight, there are no major issues. In a darker environment, it's even better. I purchased an open box in excellent condition and have no issues at all.

By far the best TV I've ever owned! The magic remote is a nice plus and this is the first time arc has worked as it should. The picture is amazing. I can't speak to the speakers as I am going through my tuner.

Great picture, sharp color, great sound. You feel like the story on the tv is coming alive. The quality is outstanding. State of the art and most current smart Tv. Airplay with apple products and all computers is great feature.

Beautiful, large, easy to use. This thing is awesome and great for a large TV stand. I do recommend anchoring it to a wall with straps as it's very large and dangerous for children and even adults if it ever tips over.

Superb picture quality when compared to my older Panasonic Plasma TV. The LG has deeper blacks and richer colors. The TV is ran through a Denon In-Command receiver and a 7.1 surround sound system.

Amazing picture. This TV makes everything look better and the blacks are so deep it really changes any night skyline scene you see. Just make sure you try it out a decent amount when you first get it because mine developed a screen defect after about 4 days. Best buy did great replacing it no questions asked. I have had no issues with the replacement TV. TV is 5 stars but knocked a star off for the issue with the first TV.

The resolution is unbelievable. It was super easy to set it up with the new WebOS. I got the 77” and if you have room I would recommend the size. The sound is OK but I would also recommend a sound bar or surround sound.

Awesome tv. It is currently rated as one of the best tv's on the market. I am very impressed with all aspects of the tv. can see from all angles and settings are easy to change to the type of show you are watching.

I've had this TV for almost 2 years, and it has been a great purchase. Great picture, great customizations/settings, and great use for gaming as well.

Until Micro LED TVs are available to the masses AND the price falls down to earth, OLED is the way to go right? For me it was. This unit replaced a 7 yo 65” Samsung 4K, 3D television. And the hype is real. Streaming Disney + titles, Apple TV HDR, they all look great. Although I have Direct TV, I have not opted for the 4K receiver. So most of the Direct TV stuff isn’t that much better than my Samsung LED LCD. Although the thickness of the screen doesn’t contribute to picture quality ( I think), the slimness of the unit has its own appeal. It really is a nice looking TV . Assembly was easy and so was mounting. When the price dropped, it suddenly became even more appealing Will follow recommendations to avoid burn in magic remote is a joy to use

This 4K UHD OLED tv is the best tv we have owned. Great picture quality, The tv works excellent in a bright room; we have 4 windows in our living room. The dark scenes are viewable during the day in our bright room. The tv was mounted on the wall and setup by the geek squad. You definitely need 2 people to handle the set up of this tv. The big 77" screen looks great mounted on the wall, not over baring at all. If you have the wall space go big! with the tv you buy. Love this tv. Thanks Geek Squad; Thomas and David. Certainly there are plenty of streaming apps on the market to choose from; however, If LG is going to offer a free channels i.e., XUMO, then they should offer a quality app with their TV's. This app is not up to the standers with other apps.

Best TV period. Pricey? Yes. Worth it? Definitely! Love this TV, picture quality, built-in apps, best remote I've ever used. Buy once cry once! This thing is amazing!

Great picture and the perfect size for my wall. Comes loaded with apps, has a built in digital antenna converter and another 350 channels. Easy to use remote and connected easily to the Sonos speakers

If you are reading this picture quality is important to you. OLED currently is the best TV screen technology today. With new models rolling out this TV is the best OLED TV deal out there. Go ahead and buy it.

Beautiful TV. The interface is great. The TV OS updates as needed without your intervention. The remote is good. The picture quality is excellent. This baby is huge and we love it!
