Excellent all around. Quality, picture, ability to easily set up apps and streaming services.

I can't find words to discrete how good is this tv, this is my 4th Oled, Im actually a Sony guy, but the performance of this tv, specially with gaming, its unbelievable, I do own a good gaming monitor, Samsung - Odyssey G9, multiplayer feels the same in both, I guess im ready for next gen consoles with this tv, best investment ever.

Realistic quality. Fairly easy to figure out settings. User friendly remote.

I had mixed experience The home consultation guy Lou was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us through all the process. But the delivery company for the first two tries where very sloppy and Their guys didn’t seem Interested to work and caused for the TV to be delayed twice Geek squad were very professional and knowledgeable

I sold my 75" Samsung UHD and bought this OLED tv. The picture is better overall. The only issue is when playing sports there is pixelation when showing wide shots (like a full basketball court). That could just be xfinity compression routines. It's more noticeable on the LG than my old UHD. Also, the screen reflects light from windows and indoor lights. Great in the dark.

Picture is awesome. Blacks are truly black. Colors are very intense.

Best brand for OLED TVs, LG makes Sony OLED panels so you know your getting the best picture quality and best bang for your buck. I’ve owned Samsung TVs for many years and never dealt with dirty screen effect until recently my Samsung TV did it and looked horrible and noticeable in my eyes so I decided to get an OLED, this my second oLED tv from LG and they haven’t disappointed

The picture is amazing, esp. 4K. You definitely have to watch in a dark room or own blackout curtains to avoid reflections on the screen. The user interface is easy to use and the learning curve is low. I run the sound through an A/V Receiver, so I cannot comment on the built in speakers. Finally, I will recommend some form of LED backlighting. It makes watching in a dark room so much easier and enjoyable.

Prior to the LG OLED tv I owned a 4K LED model. And prior to that I had a Pioneer Kuro 65 inch plasma. I really missed my Pioneer until I got the LG OLED. The picture is outstanding. Mounting it to the wall was easy since the weight is only around 50 lbs. My plasma weighed a ton. I am completely happy with the LG OLEM and would highly recommend it to others.

There’s waviness in the physical screen. You can see it in reflection. Have never had a tv that did that, but I’ve never had an OLED either. It doesn’t affect what I’d say is a perfect picture .

Amazing, lifelike picture. Very good sound too, not sure a soundbar is necessary. For those upgrading from a non-smart TV, you may be surprised to learn that to use most of the functionality not just of the AI or voice options, but even just using the apps - requires your consent to basically unlimited snooping/zero privacy whatsoever. Maybe RokuTV is better on that front.

Wow what a big difference going from 65inch Samsung QLED to this bad boy LG CX OLED 77inch. I have never seen a better picture quality on any other TV before. Not only that but my friends are always saying they need to get this TV. I was on the fence between this and the Sony A9G and really glad I went with LG.
