This is my 4th LG Oled tv that I have purchased over the last 4 years. The 77 inch is no exception. Compared to the Samsung that I have also purchased, the picture on the LG Oled is superb. I have also recently started using the Oled screens for use with my PC and Mac computers and the Oled is superior to any computer 4k monitor I have ever owned. I have been using Best Buy for the last 12 years or so and I have never had a bad experience. This includes purchase, repair, and replacement. Like Amazon, they just work. I usually get an extended warranty on all appliances and electronics just in case of product issues.

I'll start by saying right off the bat that I don't like this TV, in fact after about a two months of use I actually despise it. To it's compliment the picture quality is great once setup properly and deserves credit there, but where this TV fails miserably is its functionality. If you use your TV as a computer monitor this one will not recognize the input and requires constant restarts of your computer for it to work. The Deep Color HDR setting does not work with gaming consoles, but for some reason the TV insists having it on and will so you have to disable it everytime, unless of course you like a pink screen while gaming. If you want to use this TV for anything except watching a cable tv source, this is not the one to use.

Worth every penny. We love the apps and the magic remote. Went with the 77 and couldn't be happier. After it was mounted up and ready for action... space / sifi never felt so real!

A beast of a TV. When watching in the dark, it is as though the actors are in the room with you. Sound is also good. Didn't need to get a sound bar.

The TV looks amazing, and the features are a huge step up from our Samsung QLED. Highly recommend if its in the budget to upgrade to OLED, you won't regret it.

HDR is good. SDR movie content is good as well. Only drawback of the CX is Game Mode. Picture quality degrades noticeably in Game Mode. Newer TV's with stronger processors do not exhibit this weakness. Otherwise good TV but expect SDR console gaming in Game Mode to take a hit in picture quality.

Wanted a home theater since it's no longer safe to go to the movies during the pandemic. LOVE this TV. The very best. I loved it so much I got two (65" for the other one).

The quality of picture is clear, chrisp. Not to happy with the sound, but have heard worse. The gentleman that came to install the tv, great. Professional, respectful, and kind.

It's not often that you can purchase the very best anything. This television offers the best picture quality that you could ask for is a beautiful addition to my living room.

Purchased the LG 77 inch OLED 4k for our basement. Great TV for both family viewing and sports. Great picture quality. Bought the LG sound bar which works great with the TV.

When people say you won't regret spending up, well, they're to be believed. I've never seen anything like it and suspect I won't until 8k is in front of me.

There is nothing better than an LG OLED. 77” of beauty. Massive improvement in app performance over my 2018 b-series 65” as well.

This TV is so much better than a Led tv . The blacks are pitch black !! You do not see any backlights at all !! The colors are rich and deep and bright !!

Great TV! Bought for my in laws as a gift and they love it, needed a larger tv for a pretty big room and they love it. The store pickup saved a lot on shipping.

Got this for work...I know new Tvs come out every year...but this is worth it if you can afford it...Amazing picture quality (blackest black and whitest white I've ever seen).

The best picture I've had on a TV. I also purchase the cinnamon HDMI cords for this TV and the colors are so amazing. This is my second LG OLED. Highly recommended.

Stunning picture! Added this to basement home theater where all other light can be controlled and its simply amazing. Would recommend to anyone considering oled.

It’s a great TV. Looks amazing. The only real issue I have with it is that the apps on the LG smart tv functions seem to lose connection and kick you back to the main static menu often. It doesn’t matter if it’s wired or wifi. Also no HBO app. This will all be remedied when I finally get a PS5 after stores stop selling them to bots/scalpers.
